1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KAS Menu (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

KAS Menu provides a digital menu and product catalog platform that allows businesses to:

  • Create and manage digital menus and product catalogs
  • Generate QR codes for contactless viewing
  • Update menu items and products in real-time
  • Support multiple languages
  • Track analytics and customer engagement
  • Customize branding and appearance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (menu items, product descriptions, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KAS Menu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Current pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your account.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAS MENU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAS Menu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the Last “updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
